Recently, Xinweiling has reached a cooperation agreement with Shandong Yinjian Metal Pigment Co., Ltd., planning to jointly establish a joint venture company called "Yunnan Xinweiling New Materials Co., Ltd." (tentative name) in Yunnan Province. Focus on deepening cooperation in the field of metal powder materials and layout high-end emerging application markets. The registered capital of the joint venture company is 88 million yuan, of which Xinweiling contributes 58 million yuan and holds 65.9091% of the shares; Shandong Yinjian invested 30 million yuan and holds a 34.0909% stake.
