Tianjushi supports the successful industrialization of Juhua's ultra pure PFA project

Recently, Zhejiang Jusheng Fluorochemical Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Juhua Group and EPC general contractor of Tianjushi Group, achieved a major breakthrough by adding 10000t/a high-quality meltable fluororesin and supporting projects. On May 14th, the domestic ultra pure PFA product launch conference of Juhua was successfully held, officially announcing that the product has achieved independent mass production, marking the breakthrough of international monopoly in domestic ultra pure PFA and the successful industrialization of production.

Domestic substitution breakthrough: solving the bottleneck problem
PFA, also known as meltable polytetrafluoroethylene, has excellent performance and advantages in melt processing. It can withstand high temperatures of 260 ℃ for a long time and is the most comprehensive fluoroplastic. It is widely used in high-end manufacturing fields such as semiconductors, electronics, medical, aerospace, etc. Relying on the advantages of a complete industrial chain, Juhua has successfully promoted the industrialization of ultra pure PFA projects. The key metal ion precipitation of this product is stably controlled at the ppt level, and the total metal ion precipitation is controlled at the ppb level. The key indicators are better than imported products, and it comprehensively benchmarks international first-line brands, contributing hard core strength to the independent and controllable development of China's semiconductor, electronics, medical, aerospace and other industrial chains.
