Juhua Corporation's ultra pure PFA achieves independent mass production of 10000 tons

In the field of fluorine chemical new materials, domestic enterprises have made significant progress recently. Zhejiang Jusheng Fluorochemical Co., Ltd. announced that the ultra pure PFA product in its annual production of 10000 tons of high-quality meltable fluororesin project has officially entered the mass production stage.
From the perspective of technical indicators, the purity of this product meets semiconductor grade standards, and the precipitation of key metal ions can be stably controlled at the ppt level (one trillionth), while the total precipitation of metal ions is controlled at the ppb level (one billionth). Industry insiders point out that this technological breakthrough fills the gap in the industrialization of high-end fluoropolymers in China.
It is understood that ultra pure PFA is a key material in semiconductor wet process technology and high-purity reagent storage and transportation processes. For a long time, the market for this product has mainly been occupied by a few overseas enterprises, while domestic enterprises face problems such as high procurement costs and long supply cycles. With the mass production of domestically produced ultra pure PFA at the 10000 ton level, it will provide more stable material support for strategic industries such as semiconductors and new energy in China.
In terms of production technology, Jusheng Company adopts a fully enclosed automated production line, and every link from raw material control to finished product packaging is specially designed to avoid metal ion pollution. The company's technical personnel stated that through the forward development of the entire process chain, technical difficulties such as raw material purification, process control, and equipment material selection have been overcome.
From the perspective of the industrial chain, as a domestic fluorine chemical full industry chain enterprise, Juhua relies on the advantages of a complete industrial chain from fluorite to high-end resins. With the support of national scientific research platforms, it has undergone thousands of experimental verifications and finally mastered the complete set of ultra pure PFA preparation processes.
With the rapid development of downstream industries such as semiconductors, 5G, new energy, and biomedicine, the demand for ultra pure PFA in the market continues to grow. The large-scale supply of domestically produced materials is expected to enhance China's industrial competitiveness in the field of fluorine materials.
