Jusheng Company has achieved mass production of ultra-pure PFA products, filling the domestic gap in high-end fluoropolymer materials

Zhejiang Jusheng Fluorine Chemical Co., Ltd. recently achieved the official commencement of production for its annual output of 10,000 tons of high-quality meltable fluoropolymer (PFA), with ultra-pure PFA products now entering mass production. This advancement provides crucial material support for key sectors such as domestic semiconductor manufacturing and new energy applications.

From the perspective of product technical specifications, the ultra-pure PFA product achieves semiconductor-grade purity standards. Specifically, it excels in metal ion control, maintaining key metal ion leaching at the ppt level while keeping total metal ion leaching within the ppb range. This technological breakthrough effectively addresses the domestic shortage in high-end fluoropolymer industrialization.
According to the company's technical team, the primary technical challenge of PFA material lies in purity control. In semiconductor manufacturing processes, even extremely minute metal ion contamination can significantly impact chip production yield. To address this, Jusheng Company adopted a forward-development technical approach across the entire process chain, conducting technological breakthroughs in multiple stages including raw material purification, production process control, and equipment material selection, ultimately achieving main technical indicators that surpass those of imported counterparts.
After practical application tests by major domestic semiconductor manufacturers, the ultra-pure PFA products produced by Jusheng Company can fully replace imported materials. This substitution not only helps reduce material procurement costs but, more importantly, achieves localized supply chain assurance, ensuring stable material supply.
