Total investment of 6 million! Zhongren Automobile's new 3000 ton plastic powder project has landed!

As a recognized "capital of commercial vehicles in China", Shiyan's automotive industry has added a green key to its upgrading layout. Local high-tech enterprise Shiyan Zhongren Automotive Parts Co., Ltd. will officially start the construction of a new material standardization workshop and a plastic powder coating production line this month. The total investment of the project is 6 million yuan. Although the scale of a single investment is not huge, it accurately fills the gap in green surface treatment of commercial vehicle components, becoming a landmark supporting project for the local market to seize the opportunities of new energy and intelligent networking, and improve the layout of the entire industry chain.
According to the project plan disclosure, the newly built standardized factory building covers an area of 2037 square meters, and three professional plastic powder coating automation production lines will be introduced simultaneously, equipped with 10 sets of core production equipment such as mixing machines, extruders, and grinding machines. After the project is fully put into operation, it can stably achieve an annual production scale of 3000 tons of plastic powder coating. Compared to traditional solvent based paints, plastic powder coatings have core environmental advantages: VOCs emissions from production and spraying processes are almost zero, and the comprehensive utilization rate of materials can reach over 95%. With the two core advantages of low carbon and raw material conservation, it is rapidly becoming the mainstream environmentally friendly material for commercial vehicle body and component protection and decoration, and is also known as the "green protective armor" of automotive parts in the industry. This expansion of production layout is not simply a capacity expansion, but also a practical implementation measure of Zhongren Automobile in response to the "dual carbon" development goal of the automotive industry.
Having been deeply involved in the field of automotive metal surface protection for many years, Zhongren Automobile has established a high-tech enterprise development route integrating component processing, metal anti-corrosion treatment, and intelligent synthetic robot technology since its establishment in 2017. Long term stable services for leading domestic commercial vehicle manufacturing enterprises such as Dongfeng Commercial Vehicle, Dongfeng Off road Vehicle, Dongfeng Parts Group, and Beiqi Foton, with supporting channels covering mainstream OEMs in the industry. This extension to the upstream core coating raw material track is a strategic upgrade made by the enterprise based on its core advantages in metal surface treatment. Nearly 80% of component enterprises have completed the transformation of their new energy business. The total industrial output value of the city's automobile manufacturing industry has exceeded 500 billion yuan, and the annual output of new energy vehicles has achieved a growth of more than ten times. The market share and ownership of medium and heavy-duty trucks and hydrogen energy heavy-duty trucks have been leading the national prefecture level cities for many years; As one of the first pilot cities for integrated intelligent connected vehicles in China, Shiyan is making every effort to promote the comprehensive transformation of the commercial vehicle industry from traditional processing and manufacturing to digital and intelligent high-end intelligent manufacturing.
