According to ZBG33002-85 classification, PTFE sheet can be divided into three categories: SFB-1 mainly for electrical insulation, SFB-2 for corrosive media gaskets, lining parts and lubricating materials, SFB-3 for corrosive media in the diaphragm and Sight glass. According to its different molding process can be divided into two kinds of molded plates and rotary cut plates. The molding method is simpler than the rotary cutting molding equipment, short production cycle, but for large plates, the press mold volume is large, the production site space requirements, so to carry out a large area of dust control work, in addition to pre-formed plates are very easy to break, in the sintering furnace before entering the light should be taken lightly.
 

Process flow of large molded sheet: raw material inspection → pounding and sieving → measuring → molding → semi-finished product inspection → sintering → cooling → finished product inspection → packaging.
 

Process parameters:
 

Raw material processing: pounding through 10-20 mesh sieve, and put it in 23 ℃ ~ 25 ℃ environment 24h ~ 48h for temperature adjustment.
 

Molding: pressure 1715 ~ 35MPa, holding time 1 ~ 10min.
Sintering: sintering temperature 360 ℃ ~ 380 ℃, heating rate of 30 ℃ / h, 330 ℃ insulation 2h, 370 ℃ insulation 3h.
Cooling: cooling rate of 20 ℃ / h, in the PTFE melting point near 330 ℃ slowly cooled.

DL -88A large sintering furnace

  Applications:
      Take advantage of its good chemical stability. Mainly used in petroleum, chemical, chemical industry, large pipeline gaskets, lining, large valves, diaphragm, various reaction vessels, storage tanks, reaction tower lining, tower plate, distribution plate, etc. With its excellent dielectric properties, it is used in thermal power stations, electrolytic tanks, sealing rings, printed circuits in the electrical and electronic appliance and computer industries, substrates for copper laminates, and parts of various cutting-edge and special equipment.
      With its low coefficient of friction, it is used for laminating the slide rails of offshore drilling rigs, laminating the slideways of shipyards, laminating the slideways of barrage gates, laminating the sliders of bridge expansion supports, and laminating the sliding rails of various machine tools, boring machines, grinding machines, and planers.
