The closing ceremony of the Beijing Winter Olympics was held at the National Stadium Bird's Nest on the evening of February 20. In his closing speech, IOC President Bach used Chinese four times to thank China for its support in all areas and to congratulate China on becoming the country of ice and snow sports.
