Two fluoride chemical projects of Dongyue Group were approved!
On December 30, Zibo Ecological Environment Bureau approved the environmental impact assessment documents of 8000t/a trifluoroethylene polymer project and 12000t/a high-end fluorine-containing fine chemicals project. The replies are as follows:
8000t/a Chlorotrifluoroethylene polymer project
Shandong Huaxia Shenzhou New Materials Co., Ltd.: We have received the Environmental Impact Report of Shandong Huaxia Shenzhou New Materials Co., Ltd. 8000t/a Chlorotrifluoroethylene Polymer Project.
After study, according to the EIA document, the reply is as follows:
1、 The construction site of the project is located in Dongyue Fluorosilicone Material Industrial Park. The main construction contents include: 1 3000t/a polytrichloroethylene production workshop (3 production lines in total, including 2 production lines for homopolymerization of polytrichloroethylene, with an annual output of 2000t; 1 production line for copolymerization of polytrichloroethylene, with an annual output of 1000t), 1 production workshop for 5000t/a room temperature curing fluorocarbon resin and supporting public facilities.
The environmental impact report and relevant materials of the project have been publicized on the website of Zibo Municipal People's Government, and no public objections have been received during the publicity period. According to the conclusion of the environmental impact assessment, the project construction is feasible from the perspective of environmental protection, on the premise of implementing various pollution prevention and environmental risk prevention measures proposed in the report and meeting the requirements for total amount control of pollutants.
It is agreed that the project will be constructed according to the declared process, scale, location and pollution prevention measures.
12000t/a high-end fluorine-containing fine chemicals project
Shandong Huaxia Shenzhou New Materials Co., Ltd.: We have received the Environmental Impact Report of Shandong Huaxia Shenzhou New Materials Co., Ltd.'s 12000t/a High end Fluorine Fine Chemicals Project (prepared by Shandong Luwei Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd.).
After study, according to the EIA document, the reply is as follows:
1、 The construction site of the project is located in Dongyue Fluorosilicone Material Industrial Park. The main construction contents are: 1 3500t/a hydrofluoroether production workshop (5 production lines are set up to produce 3500t/a hydrofluoroether of 9 brands), 1 1000t/a perfluoroexone production workshop (1 production line is set up) 1 6000t/a hexafluoropropylene oligomer production workshop (3 production lines are set up, including 3324t/a hexafluoropropylene dimer D1 capacity, 662t/a hexafluoropropylene dimer D2 capacity, 2014t/a hexafluoropropylene trimer capacity), 1 800t/a perfluoropolyether oil production workshop (5 production lines are set up, including 450t/a perfluoropolyether oil Z30 capacity, 300t/a perfluoropolyether oil Z50 capacity, 50t/a perfluoropolyether oil Z70 capacity) One 700t/a hexafluoroepoxy derivative production workshop (with 3 production lines, 6FTM production capacity of 150t/a, 6FTA production capacity of 50t/a, and 6FDA production capacity of 500t/a) and supporting storage and transportation projects. Auxiliary projects and utilities rely on the same construction projects.
