Fluorochemical weekly report: R32 and R22 rose slightly! PTFE prices go up! The EU plans to ban PFAS
-Market overview-
cryogen
This week, the refrigerant market was cold, and the market price was mixed. The average price of R22 is 18536 yuan/ton, up 1.0% from last week; The mainstream transaction price of R32 is 13643 yuan/ton, up 1.1% from last week; The average price of R125 was 27000 yuan/ton, down 6.0% from last week; The average price of R134a is 23500 yuan/ton, which is the same as last week.
raw material
This week, the operating rate of fluorite powder rose, the downstream demand was cold, and the market price declined slightly; The price of anhydrous hydrogen fluoride raw material fell, and the downstream refrigerant demand was cold, and the price was reduced by about 800 yuan/ton; The supply of dichloromethane decreased, the price of raw liquid chlorine continued to rise, and the downstream demand was cold. The reference price was 2551 yuan/ton; The supply of chloroform is stable, and the downstream demand is weak, with the reference price of about 2607 yuan/ton; The supply of trichloroethylene is sufficient, and the downstream demand is cold. The reference price is 6564 yuan/ton; The tetrachloroethylene started smoothly, and the downstream demand support was insufficient. The reference price was 5905 yuan/ton.
Fluoropolymer
The PTFE market price rose this week. At the supply end, the manufacturer's starting load was stable and the supply was relatively stable; On the demand side, downstream production has been resumed, and the overall demand has improved; The price of raw material trichloromethane rose slightly, the low level of anhydrous hydrofluoric acid remained stable, and the cost remained unchanged. Up to now, the reference price of PTFE suspended particles is 48-5400 yuan/ton; The reference price of dispersed resin is 53~56000 yuan/ton, and the reference price of lotion is around 32~36000 yuan/ton.
This week, the PVDF price maintained stable operation, and the market was in a strong wait-and-see mood. Affected by the continuous increase of domestic production capacity and the sharp fall of R142b price, the PVDF price was reduced to a more rational range, and it was unlikely to rise again in the short term; On the demand side, as the price goes down, the film-grade and coating market will gradually warm up, but the short-term demand is difficult to increase significantly; Up to now, the price of coating grade PVDF is 8-14 million yuan/ton; The particle size of the film is 120000-160000 yuan/ton, and the lithium battery adhesive is 13000-150000 yuan/ton.
