1： There are three expressways for logistics trucks to pass at designated times
Heavy and medium-sized trucks. From September 16 to October 9, 2023, from 7:00 to 22:00 every day (including the opening ceremony of the Asian Games on September 23 and the closing ceremony of the Asian Games on October 8, which were extended to 24:00), the following expressways are prohibited from passing: 1. G25 Changshen Expressway from Nanzhuang Dou to toll station to Wukang Hub; 2. G92 Hangzhou Bay Ring Expressway Xiaoshan Toll Station to Guzhu Hub; 3. S2 Shanghai Hangzhou Expressway Hangzhou Toll Station to Shenshi Hub; Heavy and medium-sized trucks are prohibited.

Heavy and medium-sized trucks (including special work vehicles and trailers) that need to pass on roads in restricted areas can obtain a pass through the traffic management department of the local public security organ after being confirmed by the industry regulatory department, and pass according to the designated time and route.
2： Logistics trucks enter all roads within the Hangzhou Ring Expressway area:
Travel restrictions: From September 16 to October 9, 2023, from 7:00 to 22:00 every day (with the opening and closing ceremonies of the Asian Games on September 23 and October 8 extended to 24:00)
Restriction scope: All roads within the G2504 Hangzhou Ring Expressway (excluding) shall be subject to the following management measures: heavy and medium-sized trucks with Zhejiang A license plate, as well as light and micro dump trucks, are prohibited from passing; Non Zhejiang A license plate trucks are prohibited from passing through. The above vehicles include new energy license plates and temporary license plate vehicles

3： Transport of hazardous chemicals
From 7:00 am to 20:00 every day from September 16 to October 9, 2023, the following expressways are prohibited from passing: 1. G25 Changshen Expressway from Nanzhuang Dou to toll station to Wukang Hub; 2. G92 Hangzhou Bay Ring Expressway Xiaoshan Toll Station to Guzhu Hub; 3. S2 Shanghai Hangzhou Expressway Hangzhou Toll Station to Shenshi Hub; Heavy and medium-sized trucks are prohibited. From 0:00 on September 22nd to 24:00 on September 24th, all roads in the administrative region of Zhejiang Province are prohibited from the passage of hazardous chemical transport vehicles.
Regarding the travel restrictions during the Asian Games, there may be detours, traffic jams, and other situations for logistics transport vehicles heading towards Hangzhou, Shanghai, Jiangsu, and other directions; Logistics timeliness will have a certain impact, and logistics transportation costs will further increase; Please prepare for shipment in advance by all shipping departments.
