On December 18th, the first public announcement of the environmental impact assessment for the production project of 3000 tons of heptafluoropropane and 1000 tons of heptafluorobromopropane per year was made. The project is located in the Anfu Industrial Park area of Linli Economic Development Zone, Hunan Province. It is being constructed on the existing site of Hunan Guohong Fluorochemical Co., Ltd., with an annual production of 3000 tons of heptafluoropropane and 1000 tons of heptafluorobromopropane.

On December 19th, the Administrative Approval Bureau of Nantong City approved the Environmental Impact Assessment Report of Tianci Materials (Nantong) Co., Ltd.'s annual production of 243000 tons of lithium batteries and fluorine-containing new materials project. The project is located in Rudong Yangkou Chemical Industrial Park (West Zone), and after completion, it will form an annual production capacity of 200000 tons of lithium battery electrolyte, 20000 tons of new electrolyte lithium difluorosulfonymide (converted solid), 10000 tons of modified polytetrafluoroethylene resin for lithium batteries, 10000 tons of fluorocarbon resin for photovoltaics, 2890.1 tons of hexafluoropropylene monomer, 86000 tons of by-product polyaluminum chloride, and 3000 tons of by-product 30% hydrofluoric acid.

On December 20th, the Ecological Environment Bureau of Chuzhou City approved the Environmental Impact Assessment Report of Anhui Lingda High tech Materials Co., Ltd.'s annual production of 3000 tons of fluorinated fine chemicals project. The project is located in the Dingyuan Salt and Chemical Industrial Park, with a total investment of approximately 253.331 million yuan. After completion, it can produce 2300 tons of perfluorohexane, 300 tons of hexafluoroepoxypropane oligomers, 200 tons of perfluoropolyether, and 200 tons of perfluoroalkyl ethyl chloroacrylate annually.

On December 21st, the environmental impact assessment documents for the technical renovation and expansion project of the lithium hexafluorophosphate production line of Morita New Energy Materials (Zhangjiagang) Co., Ltd. were accepted and publicly announced. The total investment of this project is 60 million yuan. The existing production line will undergo technological transformation. After the transformation, the production capacity of the first phase production line will increase from 240 tons to 600 tons, the production capacity of the second phase production line will increase from 480 tons to 600 tons, and the production capacity of the third phase production line will remain unchanged at 2500 tons. The annual production capacity will increase by 480 tons of lithium hexafluorophosphate, as well as 17500 tons of by-product hydrochloric acid and 6500 tons of by-product hydrofluoric acid.

On December 21st, Juhua Group announced that it will implement four new projects, including a 10000t/a high-quality fusible fluorine resin and supporting projects, a 44kt/a high-end fluorinated polymer project, a 40kt/a TFE project in Section A, a 500t/a perfluorosulfonic acid resin project, a 250t/a phase I project, and a 20kt/a high-performance barrier material project for polyvinylidene chloride.

On December 21st, Shandong Huafu Chemical Co., Ltd. announced the completion of the environmental protection acceptance monitoring report for the technical transformation project of producing 8400 tons of annual difluoromethane (R22) product alternately in the 6000 ton annual production facility of difluoromethane (R32). The report shows that the project has implemented various environmental protection requirements in the environmental impact assessment report and the environmental impact assessment approval. The acceptance monitoring data meets the execution standards of various pollutants, and the main pollutants are discharged up to standard, meeting the conditions for project completion acceptance.

On December 21st, the Ecological Environment Bureau of Jiyuan City plans to accept the project of Henan Kunying Nano Materials Co., Ltd.'s annual production of 6000 tons of nano aluminum fluoride functional materials. The total investment of this project is 11 million yuan, and after completion, it will mainly form Xichuan South Road with an annual output of 6000 tons of nano aluminum fluoride.
