Suddenly! These Chinese fluorine containing special gas companies have been blacklisted by the United States!

After months of conspiracy, the United States officially announced new measures to restrict chip exports. On Monday local time, the US Department of Commerce officially introduced control measures for Chinese semiconductors, with 140 companies collectively listed on the entity list.

The Entity List is the most frequently used sanction blacklist in the United States. It is an export control sanction measure implemented by the Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) of the US Department of Commerce under the US Export Administration Regulations (EAR), also known as the US trade blacklist.
It is reported that the United States has also included two Chinese specialty gas companies and their affiliated companies in the entity list for the first time. This move not only targets specific chip manufacturers, chip equipment manufacturers, and chip tool manufacturers, but also extends to the semiconductor materials field, intending to suppress China's space in high-end chip manufacturing from the "source".
Among them, Nanda Optoelectronics and its multiple subsidiaries are also included in the "Entity List", namely:

According to fluorine chemical industry, among the above-mentioned enterprises, Ulanqab Nanda Microelectronics Materials Co., Ltd. and Nanda Optoelectronics (Zibo) Co., Ltd. are both fluorine containing special gas production enterprises.
Nanda Optoelectronics (Ulanqab) Co., Ltd. was established in 2021 and plans to construct projects with an annual output of 7200 tons of nitrogen trifluoride and 8400 tons of high-purity nitrogen trifluoride. At present, the groundbreaking ceremony for the production of 7200 tons of nitrogen trifluoride in the third and fourth phases, as well as 8400 tons of high-purity nitrogen trifluoride in the first phase, has been held. According to the announcement made by Nanda Optoelectronics on November 19th this year, Nanda Optoelectronics (Ulanqab) Co., Ltd. has built five workshops and achieved normal operation, with a designed production capacity of 4500 tons.
Nanda Optoelectronics (Zibo) Co., Ltd. was established in 2019 and plans to construct a 200 ton/year hexafluorobutadiene project. The first phase of the 30 ton/year hexafluorobutadiene project has been completed and put into trial production.
