Recently, the China Electronic Information Industry Development Research Institute of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology announced the TOP10 of China's fluorosilicon chemical industry parks, including Quzhou Intelligent Manufacturing New City High tech Zone, Hangzhou Bay Shangyu Economic and Technological Development Zone, Dongyue Fluorosilicon Material Industry Park, Jiangsu High tech Fluorochemical Industry Park, Jiangsu Huai'an Industrial Park, Zigong Chuannan New Material Chemical Industry Park, Jiaoyang Industrial Zone in Shanghang County, Jiangxi (Huichang) Fluorine Salt Chemical Base, Yizhang Fluorochemical Recycling Industry Development Zone, and Liaoning Fuxin Fluorine Industry Development Zone. Quzhou Intelligent Manufacturing New City High tech Zone ranks first in this ranking.

The park, led by Juhua Group, has formed a complete fluorine chemical industry chain, covering core products such as hydrofluoric acid, fluorine-containing refrigerants, and fluorine-containing polymers, and extending to high value-added fields such as fluorine-containing electronic chemicals, fluorine-containing pharmaceutical intermediates, fluorine-containing liquid crystal materials, high-purity inorganic fluorides, and fluorine-containing polymer film materials.
In terms of refrigerants, research on ODS alternatives is at the forefront of the country, with over 40 varieties of ODS alternatives successfully developed. The production capacity of ODS alternatives accounts for 30% of the country's total, and companies such as Yonghe Refrigeration hold an important share in the global refrigerant market. In the field of organic silicon, the park relies on enterprises such as Zhongtian Fluorosilicon to develop special materials such as silicone rubber and silicone oil. The products are widely used in emerging fields such as new energy vehicles and semiconductor packaging, with technological barriers and market share ranking among the top in the industry.

This place has gathered high-level platforms such as the National Fluoromaterial Engineering Technology Research Center and the National Fluorosilicon Quality Inspection Center, as well as new research and development institutions such as Zhejiang University Quzhou Research Institute and Juhua New Materials Research Institute, forming a full cycle innovation ecology of "basic research pilot transformation industrial application".
