PTFE Micropowder Engineering Plastic Grade

1. Product Introduction

PTFE micropowder could improve the friction resistance of engineering plastics obviously, reduce the friction coefficient, improve self-lubrication and reduce noise. PTFE micropowder can be used in gears, bearings, pulleys and other parts which need high wear resistance requirements, and can also be used to replace metal parts for lubrication function, thus reducing the weight and cost of the parts.

 

It could be widely used in engineering plastics such as polymethylol (POM), nylon (PA), polycarbonate (PC), polyether ether ketone (PEEK), polyester (PET), polyphenylene sulfide (PPS), etc. Special grade can be used in high temperature (420℃) molding and processing of engineering plastics.

3. Mark, Packing, Storage & Transportation

3.1 Mark

The packing bags (boxes) of this product should be clearly marked with firm company name, product name, batch number, brand number (specification number), net content, etc.

3.2 Package

This product is packed in paper barrels (lined with polyethylene plastic bags) with a net content of (25 ± 0.2) kg per barrel. Each barrel shall be provided with a product certificate, including: company name, product name, batch number, brand (specification number), net content and production date, etc. In case of special packaging, the supplier and the Demander shall negotiate separately.

3.3 Storage

This product should be stored in a clean, cool and dry place to prevent rain, sunshine, moisture, dust and other impurities.

3.4 Transportation

This product is transported according to non-dangerous goods. Moisture and severe vibration should be avoided during transportation.
