1. Product Introduction

ETFE abbreviated as F-40, is a copolymer of tetrafluoroethylene and ethylene. It achieves a well-balanced set of mechanical properties, featuring high tear resistance, high tensile strength, moderate hardness, excellent impact resistance, and a long expansion-contraction lifespan. It is widely used in new energy, 5G base stations, chemical engineering, electrical systems, construction, and other fields.

Excellent resistance to stress cracking, suitable for manufacturing thick-walled coated wires, pipes, and sheets, as well as for use as lining material in valves, pumps, and containers.

4.Mark, Packing, Storage & Transportation

4.1 Mark

The packing bags (boxes) of this product should be clearly marked with firm company name, product name, batch number, brand number (specification number), net content, etc. 

4.2 Package

This product is packed in paper barrels (lined with polyethylene plastic bags) with a net content of 25 (± 0.2kg) per barrel. Each barrel shall be provided with a product certificate, including: company name, product name, batch number, brand (specification number), net content and production date, etc. In case of special packaging, the supplier and the Demander shall negotiate separately.

4.3 Storage

This product should be stored in a clean, cool and dry place to prevent rain, sunshine, moisture, dust and other impurities.

4.4 Transportation

This product is transported according to non-dangerous goods. Moisture and severe vibration should be avoided during transportation.
