1. Product Introduction

ETFE is a copolymer of ethylene tetrafluoroethylene (C₂F₄) and ethylene (C₂H₄). It is the most durable fluoroplastic, possessing the excellent heat resistance, chemical resistance and electrical insulation properties of PTFE, whilst also offering low creep, radiation resistance, high tensile strength, high elongation at break, high flexural modulus and high impact strength, as well as superior plasticity and better processability. Maximum continuous operating temperature: 150℃. Suitable for a wide range of high-end applications.

3. Mark, Packing, Storage & Transportation

3.1 Mark

The packing bags (boxes) of this product should be clearly marked with firm company name, product name, batch number, brand number (specification number), net content, etc. 

3.2 Package

This product is packed in paper barrels (lined with polyethylene plastic bags) with a net content of 25 (± 0.2) kg per barrel. Each barrel shall be provided with a product certificate, including: company name, product name, batch number, brand (specification number), net content and production date, etc. In case of special packaging, the supplier and the Demander shall negotiate separately. Storage After three months, shaking the drum every week to avoid the deposition.

3.3 Storage

This product should be stored in a clean, cool and dry place to prevent rain, sunshine, moisture, dust and other impurities.

3.4 Transportation

This product is transported according to non-dangerous goods. Moisture and severe vibration should be avoided during transportation.
